Roger Gomez has been refining his craft in the Portland and Vancouver areas for over a decade. A man driven to understand a process hands-on, Roger has built his construction expertise and eye for detail from the ground up. From working with local builders and remodelers to overseeing commercial renovations for national companies. Roger’s practical approach fuses evolving construction techniques and practices with an eye for practical application. Roger is personally involved in the daily activities of each project, placing a client’s trust and service experience first.

Oregon native, Elizabeth, grew up in Northeast Portland, graduating from Marylhurst University with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications. Her background includes developing and communicating corporate and organizational goals, change management and relationship-building. Elizabeth held a variety of positions in property lending and mortgage market analysis for a national bank while pursuing her passions for interior design and fine art. A life-long learner and community advocate, Elizabeth also holds an MBE from the University of Washington’ Foster School of Business, certificates in mediation and public relations, a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from East Coast Christian University, and she is a US Small Business Administration Emerging Leaders graduate. In 2012 Elizabeth was awarded the President’s Award for Volunteering.

Shane brings Bridge City clients’ walls to life with his expert painting and finishing artistry. A true renaissance man, Shane is lover of the outdoors, an accomplished musician, and an 82nd Airborne Division veteran. Originally from Wyoming, Shane spends his free time as an automotive hobbyist and volunteer for the Clark County Food Bank. Shane brings 15 years of experience and craftsmanship to his work with Bridge City.
Michael is a Vancouver native who enjoys the good things in life – his dog, his friends, good baseball, and better food. A former champion wrestler, Michael is now an automotive hobbyist and aspirational linguist. When he’s not buried in Babble learning German and Spanish, you can find him volunteering at Ronald McDonald House.
